1. CALL TO ORDER - 7:00 P.M. - PMHS LIBRARY SEMINAR ROOM - 575 COLONIAL AVENUE

Mrs. Kiernan called the meeting to order at approximately 7:02 p.m. in the PMHS Library Seminr Room, 575 Colonial Avenue, Pelham, New York 10803.

2. OPENING REMARKS - BOARD PRESIDENT

All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. Kiernan welcomed everyone to the meeting.

3. MOTION TO APPOINT CLERK PRO TEM

MOTION was made by Mr. Imperato, seconded by Mr. Cavanagh and unanimously carried to appoint Peter Giarrizzo as Clerk Pro Tem.

4. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PELHAM UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH HOLISTIC LEARNING CENTER, LLC

MOTION was made by Mr. Imperato, seconded by Ms. Smith and unanimously carried to approve the following:

5. MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION IN THE SEMINAR ROOM OF THE PMHS LIBRARY TO DISCUSS THE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY OF PARTICULAR PERSON AND/OR CORPORATION AND COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATIONS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 14 OF THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW (PELHAM ADMINISTRATORS' ASSOCIATION

MOTION was made by Mr. Imperato, seconded by Ms. Smith and unanimously carried to approve the following:

Counsel for the Pelhm Schools, Stephanie Roebuck from Keane and Beane LLP was present for this portion of the meeting.

6. MOTION TO RECESS TO RECONVENE IN A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE SEMINAR ROOM OF THE PMHS LIBRARY AND IMMEDIATELY ADJOURN

MOTION was made by Mrs. Gilland, seconded by Mr. Cavanagh and unanimously carried to recess to reconvene in a public meeting and immediately adjourn at approximately 10:57 p.m.
