1. CALL TO ORDER OF PUBLIC MEETING - 7:30 PM - 575 COLONIAL AVENUE - BUSINESS OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM

Mrs. Kiernan called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the Business Office Conference Room at 575 Colonial Avenue, Pelham, New York 10803.

All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. Kiernan welcomed everyone to the meeting.

2. MOTION TO APPOINT CLERK PRO TEM

MOTION was made by Mr. Imperato, seconded by Mr. Recca and unanimously carried to appoint Mr. Giarrizzo as Clerk Pro Tem.

3. MOTION TO APPROVE SCHEDULE C - NON-INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF AND TEACHING ASSISTANTS

MOTION was made by Mr. Imperato, seconded by Mr. Recca and unanimously carried to approve the following:

Hearing none, Mrs. Kiernan moved forward on the agenda.

5. MOTION TO ADJOURN

MOTION was made by Mr. Imperato, seconded by Mr. Recca and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at approximately 7:33 p.m.
